Refund policy

Grand Bazaar Egypt For Export sells handmade glass wholesale, for export. This policy explains what happens if something arrives broken, wrong or defective.

Change of mind

Wholesale goods are not returnable for change of mind.

Breakage in transit or wrong item

If a piece is broken in transit or you receive the wrong item, we replace it or credit it to you. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and of the packaging, to sales@grandbazaareg.com or on WhatsApp at +20 122 259 6927.

Manufacturing defects

Pieces with a manufacturing defect are replaced at no cost.

Handmade variation

Every piece is mouth-blown and finished by hand, so small variations in colour and shape are normal. These are not defects.

Custom and private-label orders

Custom and private-label orders are final once the sample has been approved.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order is packed or enters production.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
