Safa, “clarity”, is blown without colour or gold: a globe of deep ribs that narrows and flares into a wide trumpet neck finished with a ruffled rim. The ribs refract the stems inside and the wide mouth holds a hand-tied posy without wire.

It is the plain vase in our range and the one florists reorder — no gold to protect, dishwasher-tolerant, and the clear glass matches any tablescape.

Each piece is mouth-blown and finished by hand in our Cairo workshop; small variations in shape, colour and decoration are the signature of the craft.
